Our building is called Scottsdale Norte, and the doors to the building face East. The available parking is any open spot that is not designated for handicap or a covered parking stall.
This is the beautiful lobby of our building. There are two floors in Scottsdale Norte. We are located on the second floor.
Welcome to CNS Center of Arizona! This is the waiting room for our office. We have comfortable seating for you as you wait for your appointment. We have cable TV as well as a variety of up to date magazines and children’s books for your enjoyment.
This is our front desk where you will promptly be greeted by a member of our staff. We will review your initial paperwork, collect your copay, and schedule appointments at the front desk.
This is Dr. Marilyn Pupo-Guillen’s office where she conducts all of your appointments. You will feel comfortable throughout your care in her office while being seated in a chair in front of her desk or on one of the couches. Young children have a cute table and chairs to sit at as well.

CNS CENTER OF ARIZONA STAFF
Mel is our Office Manager, she has been with our practice for 6 years. She is mainly in the office in the mornings to afternoons. She’s from Nebraska and is a huge Husker football fan. She and her husband have an English bulldog named Bruno. She loves to go boating and sit by the pool. She enjoys doing any kind of house project and playing tennis, practicing yoga, and going hiking.
Tiffany is our Billing Manager. She has been with the practice for almost 10 years. She and her husband have been happily married for 17 years and they have three sons. Tiffany enjoys baking, she loves Mexican food, spending time with her family, and is very active in her church. She was born in Arizona but spent some of her time growing up in Colorado and is a Bronco’s fan.
Crystal is our Saturday – Patient Care Coordinator. She graduated from Xavier College Preparatory with Honors and is now attending Arizona State University. She is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and her field of study is Premed. She looks forward to joining her parents in private practice in the future. She is a New York Yankees fan and loves music. She loves to spend time with her friends and enjoys hiking.
